Happy Friday everyone! Let’s get our drink on. Oh, its only 10:00…. give it an hour or so then, boom. Plenty of rugby coming your way on Saturday, or plentsh, as some would say. Three more Super Rugby clashes and two 6 Nations games thrown in for good measure. Glorious times ahead and no mistake. Set excitement levels to Awwww yis!

Apologies for late post, I was going to have this up earlier but Eskom shed it’s load all over my morning. Round 4 of Super Rugby already and it is the showing of pre-season favourites, the Crusaders and Reds that will be worrying their respective unions. Could this simply be a matter of slow starts and taking a bit of time to settle or are there deeper issues at hand? I reckon it is probably too soon to properly gauge but both will be desperate for improved displays this week at home
Drinking all day Thursday Friday!! I… I love it. I took the day off and didn’t have time to smash my preview and predictions this morning, instead much merriment was had on this glorious day, involving wine tasting, beer and whiskey. Delicious. Did I just cut and paste from last night’s post?… Absolutely. Cheers!

In a recent resort getaway SANZAR meeting, plans were set in motion to include another SA team and a side from Argentina from 2016, which would would allow the Kings to once again participate in Super Rugby
Thursday afternoon already? What the? When did this happen? I still haven’t finished my TPS reports, gosh darnnit to Betsy
So, a casual start this year with only two games this weekend and four of the South African sides dropkick starting this year’s Super Rugby 2014 competition. The Stormers have a bye this week and are using the unfortunate timing of the early break to test their bench strength with a warm up game against Boland. Set excitement levels for that game to… zzzzzzzzz
Ahh Super Rugby, how I have missed you. You are addictive, I…I love you. You are like that naked celebrity site that I ‘apparently’ spend too much time obsessing over but just can’t seem to stop going back to on Friday nights and all day Saturday
Hola!! Happy New year and all that! I trust you all had a glorious end-of-year holiday season filled with magical, marvellous merriment, married with fantastic, festive, family fun! Too much alliteration? Fair enough, let’s move swiftly along to Super Rugby 2014. I will be posting a preview of the SA sides soooon but to tide you over and get the excitement levels up to “Is it that time already? Awesome”, take a gander at the video below. Bring. The. Noise
Finals time!!! A time for joy and merriment. For boerewors and beers. For friend and family get togethers. For strippers, strawberries and whipped cream. Wait… wait. Sorry I am thinking of End of Month Friday time, not Finals time. Still, good times ahead. Of course we have the Bulls hosting the Crusaders in the Final, exactly like I predicted. No? SHITake!! It has slowly dawned on me that I actually suck at predictions and have done all season. I am like a monkey throwing spoons at a dart board. Not very good. Sure some weeks I am okay ish but mostly Sucksville, Tennessee. The Chiefs held on for a one point lead to secure a home final for the second year in a row and besides the fact that Steve What? aww, missed it, mate. Play on! Walsh failed to penalise the home side on numerous occasions at the end, the Chiefs fully deserved the win in front of a full cowbell toting crowd. For the Bulls, what can you say except “WTFiretrUCK guys, why didn’t you kick for polls?!?!” Cray cray decision making from the home side and to quote Nick Mallett “very un-Bulls like behaviour”. Poor Naas was [&hellip
